seems like a missed opportunity when expensive luxury properties could be offering more in this regard. although a somewhat forgotten aspect is that whatever luxury may fail to offer, the gap can still be huge vs nonluxury.
if only service was a less abstract and more easily understood and quantified thing.
edit - the profit is partly by getting, keeping, and 'encouraging' guests.
