Thanks for the replies and advice. Our next trip is CE HER->LGW on 8/12, then LHR->YYC on 8/18 in WTP. We have the gluten free special meals ordered for both at the moment.
Not sure if catering is loaded from the outstation at HER, or carried from the UK, but as mentioned my wife had a CE GFML with cheese in it. WT+ from LHR will obviously be loaded from there and would likely be fine.
