Which then falls under this rule:
A boarding pass for travel in long-haul international business class on a Star Alliance member airline. Customers may only access a United Polaris lounge at the departure airport for their international business class flight.

Long-haul international flights include those from the U.S. to Asia, Australia, Europe and select South American countries, including Argentina, Brazil and Chile.
