I emailed them again today and I got the same response, "did not qualify". I had emailed them in July asking about my points and was told I'd see them by the end of the month. Now, my account doesn't qualify? I'm going to push back a little more before I leave it. I didn't have enough points to redeem for anything with emiles, but the points that I did have would be a nice little addition to my e-rewards account.
