I'm sorry if this is the wrong thread to ask this question. I got a bit carried away with applications and so have a bunch of minimum spend requirements. I was thinking of buying a couple of visa gift cards at staples to double up and get 5x plus meet the last couple hundred dollars of spend on a new chase card that gives an office supply spending bonus.
I'm not a MSer but I've been seeing a bunch of stuff on various blogs about card companies getting more aggressive with shut downs. Is this a known no no? If not appropriate for this thread, is there another forum for this sort of questions?
