24 hour flight change. My work schedule varies enough that I use this one a lot.
Cancellable (re-deposit) tickets. Not so frequent, but nice when I really need it.
RDM accrual rates. I'll be a 75'er soon, and 125% is really attractive.
Unlimited upgrades with a fair chance
Non-stops to my regular (JFK Terminal 7, which is soooo much better than any other at JFK) ...
