I am planning a trip to Australia this fall with my girlfriend and I wanted to see if anyone here has been to the islands off the great barrier reef. I am thinking about spending 4-5 days in Sydney, then heading over a one of the islands for another 3-4 days. Any opinions/experiences? Any of these island/resorts stand out more than the others?
