I'm new to FlyerTalk, I apologize if this isn't the right Board to post this question on. My husband and I are flying from Toronto to San Francisco. We have a 4 hour layover in Toronto. Does anyone know if there's a way to have the Maple Leaf Lounge or somewhere else in the airport to store our bags while we head into town? We didn't want to leave the airport if we have to clear customs with all of our carry-on luggage.

There is no official "storage" facility or services in the MLL. There are no such official services air side AFAIK.
Where are you arriving from into YYZ? Domestically I assume?
I will answer your question regarding stored luggage facilities/services. Others can opine on your plan.
There is a storage "left luggage" style service at the travel store on ground side (you have to exit air side) in Terminal 1 where you will be. It is on the top floor next to domestic security. IIRC it's roughly $5.00 per day for a carry-on. I don't remember the other prices for larger/heavier bags. You will need to show your onward boarding pass and photo identification as well. These are my experiences using this service.
