I'm not claiming that Chase maintains a strict blacklist of anyone who sues them, but suing can't possibly help one's odds of eventually getting back in with Chase a year or two down the road. That's just not how the world works.
I don't need to cite anything, as personally I have sued Chase before. What I can say is my claim is credit card related (but not shut down).
Until this very moment, I am still a Chase customer.
FWIW - Somehow there are issues only a court of law can resolve.
