We're heading off-topic here, but I'd be surprised if you can cite any examples of people who were shut down by a bank and then sued the bank, and then sued the bank again, successfully, a year or two later because the bank wouldn't take the person back as a client.
I'm not claiming that Chase maintains a strict blacklist of anyone who sues them, but suing can't possibly help one's odds of eventually getting back in with Chase a year or two down the road. That's just not how the world works.
