I'm flying SEA->FRA in premium economy on a 747-400. I'm 6'7" with long legs so leg room is really critical on a 10+ hour flight.

Right now I have an aisle seat in the 1st row of premium economy (row 24), which looks like a bulkhead seat and those typically have more leg room than others on other rows on other airlines. But I'm seeing on seatguru that legroom may be limited for this row.

Does anyone know how much legroom this bulkhead row has in premium economy on the 747-400? Does it have less leg room than other rows in premium economy?
