Final question.... our flight from Mexico City leaves at 23:00. We have checked the Oneworld website and both of the lounges seem to close at 21:00. Does anyone know if the lounge is likely to be kept open, will we be given an alternative, or will we simply not have lounge access before the flight?
The American Airlines lounge does close at 9pm however the lounge you are directed to stays open until the BA flight has boarded, so no problem there. If you do arrive before 9pm, I would pop into the AA lounge, which you will be able to do holding a Club World ticket, as it has a superior bar and snacks. When it closes, you can wander downstairs to the contract lounge no problem.
