Not sure if this has been answered (tried searching) but does "arrival" access also mean at a second connecting airport? Due to needing to combine a work and personal trip (and a previously paid ticket with an award ticket), I am flying Europe-EWR-IAH-TPA all in one day. I am trying to rearrange things so I can just go home from EWR but if not, will I get PL access at IAH in addition to EWR?
