Yeah Irony is that the Domestic calling plan for Intl numbers ISN'T this liberal. Since you are deemed to be under 50% use for Intl Roaming the abusers who use this for full time wouldn't get much out of it. Besides if you used it each day for 30 days - it's $150 extra revenue TMO gets - so I would expect the end result is most people will call the US and the local country they are in and they come out about even.
