All - another reference point.
Wife booked 10 tickets (some through App) on June 23rd. Iberia IT duplicated her account, which was then locked.
She was then given a new Iberia number (different from the Iberia account she used to book the 10 tickets) and received the 'Info sent to department for crediting soon' email - which was received 4 times.
I then emailed asking them to re-establish her original Iberia account, which was done yesterday.
All 90k Avios posted today.
