We're in contract negotiations on this. Seems there are some serious issues that need to be dealt with...
On another issue, I stated in my first post that I doubted I would get the mileage credit for this flight...without writing a letter... as there was really no computerized record of who was on the flight.
Well, about 48 hours after the flight, my mileage and MQM's showed up. All I can figure is that once the computers came back up and DL could see who was supposed to be on that flight, they issued mileage credit to all on the list.
Or else they eventually matched the handwritten boarding passes to the computer information.
Who knows. But all's well that ends well.
