On the day itself I’m showing the flight is leaving at 1520. What time are you aiming to get to T5. You might want to stop off at a Galleries South to see if you can get a spa treatment OR as there is a high probability that you will be leaving from a B or C gate head directly over to the lounge at Galleries 5B. It has the same offerings and is a little quieter and there’s a potentially better chance of getting a spa treatment. Familiarise yourself with the passageway thread just in the offchsnce that your flight does go from the A gates.

We are based in the midlands, and our current plan is to travel the night before, stay at an airport hotel (the crown plaza and Hilton t5 both have good prices with parking, but any recommendations welcome). We will then check in early and make the most of our time in the lounge. Heading to the B lounge seems a really good idea if it’s quieter, so thanks for the advice.
I didnt know about pre-ordering, so we’ll definitely look into that. Will it be he same menu/choices available on board and in advance?
