A dry cleaning voucher for the spill in sensible. Hopefully your sister won't even need to use it.

As for IFE comp, work it out in comparison to the ticket cost. I'm guessing r/t in Y on that route was something like £450-650, so £225-£325 per leg.

If BA were to offer some kind of discounted Y ticket without IFE, how big a discount would it need to be before you'd consider buying it?

If, say, 10%, then £20-30 is about right; 15%, a little more. In this context you might see that £100 is very unlikely to be offered.

If you prefer Avios, you can think of it in the same way, as someone else has done up-thread.
