With airlines your choice is very limited given your location and the route you want to fly. BA have a lock on London’s main hub airport for historical reasons, something they really don’t deserve.
On topic whilst I think the complaint is needy, BA sell the seat with IFE as part of the deal, so they should make good, I don’t see it as more than £20 though. The juice spill, stuff happens, move on.
