The parents did not identify themselves as being connected with the infant...and it was not very obvious given the crowded situation and unusually high number of infants on this flight, over 20 according to the purser's count.
If anyone else was on this flight, please share your thoughts on what happened. I was in the First Class and the incident occurred in the Main Cabin. I couldn't actually see the baby, but everyone was aware that there was a problem, especially after the announcement, causing a delay.
