Le Moana IC gave me a 4:00 check out last week. I had requested it when I booked a few months earlier. Never mentioned it at check-in. They already had it set in the reservation. I am Spire Ambassador. The Ambassador is what gets you the “garantee”.

At risk of getting flamed here, I wish people would stop insisting on this perk. Just having had it, I realize it can be a great thing. But getting annoyed with staff when they don’t only makes them less likely to go out of there way for the next person. The more we push for every little freebie the harder they will be to get.
