Long time FlyerTalk reader but first time posting. Many thanks to all for the expert insights that has made my travels much more enjoyable!

Asking on behalf of a friend who was on Norwegian Air flight DI7015 yesterday which was swapped to the Hi-Fly A380 recently discussed above. Notification was sent out in the AM that the flight was going to be delayed by 4 hours. It arrived at destination 3 hours and 21 minutes late according to Flightaware. Would this delay qualify for EU261 compensation? If so, any recommendations on the best course of action to follow? Any advice much appreciated!
