Staying here now. Re-fared my rate multiple times (including within final 24 hours) to a crazy good $119 rate, amazing for Chi in the summer.

I like this property a lot and would happily take it over the nearby Marriott, any of the CYs, etc. Bit of a boutique feel, solid lounge (I actually thought the breakfast was solid, better than most Marriotts I've stayed at) and gym.

Will continue to seek out Autographs whenever possible.
