I sent an email to them all on Thursday afternoon and got points credited that evening. In the email I told them that it was unacceptable to leave people in the dark and that generic responses with no timescales or explanations to hold up was not cool. I also said I would rather settle this amicably but if I didn't receive the miles in the next two days then I was filling a complaint with the Civil Aviation Authority (UK)
Prior to them posting, were you missing all the miles or just some of them?
