I inquired with a flight attendant on my flight today. He checked his manual and it says that unapproved devices that are attached to the aircraft or aircraft furnishings by way of ties or straps are prohibited.
Good news for passengers who don't want to be trapped and those with a seat attached to the tray table that this ridiculous item would constantly bounce up and down.
Do people not have enough sense to think these things through before buying?
