Yes you can use the Senator Lounge in FRA (assuming you have enough time to do so).
No *A lounge access in MAD as you are not departing on a *A flight. No arrival lounge.
Any lounge access for your departing IB flight will be dependent on class of service and OW FFP status, if any.
