Getting there early morning, then leaving early afternoon. Then also arriving again and leaving in the evening.

That dependst on your origin and destination, plus a bit on wind and weather. Though for take off my experience is that the A side is generally better. For landing it depends strongly on which runway will be used
Origin and destination is more on the views higher up, and the potential Fuji views.
