yes I didn’t think TCP on its own really had any impact on seating allocation when seating passengers from both bookings together. I don’t think the automatic allocation looks at the note at all - and that’s all it is, a note on each booking referring to the other.
If there is some manual intervention in seating or some other change then the agent may see the note and take it in to account.
