You enter your card application dates (along with other pertinent dates etc) and it checkes it against eligibility rules. You can then look at a list of offers you should be eligible for. Neat idea, although the matching against rules is opaque and I'm not sure how well it's implemented - are the offers up to date,
does it take into account specific card rules like the Sapphire rule etc..
Does anyone have experience with it or know of other similar sites?
I've never heard of site that does that. It's just too complicated, and requires access to your credit reports plus other info to do it. For example, for Chase alone it would require access to your credit report (but that only helps with the 5/24 rule), access to a list of Chase cards you have by name (for things like the Sapphire rule), and access to your partner accounts (to figure out how long it's been since you earned a partner bonus, which is the key to repeat cards for partners like United, Southwest, Marriott, etc). Oh, except for Marriott it's even more complicated, since later this month they'll check bonus earned from either Chase or Amex cards too (through Marriott).
So I can't possibly imagine how a site could check against all that without you handing over access to it for all your banks and all your loyalty programs as well as your credit repors
