I don't believe you get Nexus security clearance with a Global Entry card it can only be used at US pre-clearance in Canada for immigration and TSA security. However, if you happen to be a member of the Canada or US military we salute your service and allow you to use the Nexus line any time! Practically speaking, enforcement of Nexus membership to enter the line is very hit or miss. At airports like YYZ it is strictly enforced, whereas at YUL it seems like any Tom, Dick and Harry with a bit of moxy can use that line since no one ain't checkin!
Can't comment on YTZ since I prefer to take off from solid ground and not islands
