Spoke to someone at the lounge. I was No 6 on the list with 1 over in Y and 3 over in J. So very little chance. 1:10 hrs before dep I checked the Emirates App. Could not see my BP as I am always SSSS (why don’t know) but when I checked my seat, saw assignment to 1F. After long long time finally upgraded. On a 14 hours flight a big difference.
