Well, I am happy to pay, but apparently one pays for a seat with large leg room, and there is no guarantee to get a bassinet. Leg room I don't need... So essentially one pays for something one does not want hoping to get something one needs... There is even no refund IF no bassinet is availabe according to the phone support. I just wanted to doublecdoubl whether this stramge policy is really true...
But if so, no TK any more when a bassinet is needed.
