BTW, I have a similar question for an upcoming trip. Will arrive in CAI in the evening, will have the next day to sight-see, and then fly out on the 3 AM BA flight the following day (technically the day after that of course). I'm thinking of staying at the Heliopolis Towers, soon to be rebranded as a W-A, and booking a tour to see the pyramids during the full day, and just hanging around the hotel during the following day.
