Useful context, but I know BA, and I know what to expect, I also know QR and I know what to expect. Most of the complaints on Trustpilot about BA are about in-flight issues, particularly delays. Most of the complaints about Travelsharp are about appalling levels of customer service.
I don't think there is anything remiss in me suggesting that people who don't have any experience with Travelsharp should read some of the reviews before deciding to book.
Would it be fair to say the risks of booking with Flysharp would be minimal if paying with a credit card? If they don't book the flight get a refund (if they don't do it via CC), if they supply the ticket then there is no more risks.. right? Assuming we don't want to change it.
