Not sure I get your drift .....
Southall Travel scores 83% excellent/great from its customers on Trustpilot
Qatar Airways manages 37%
British Airways scrapes in with just 25%
Indeed two-thirds of those feeding back on the airline your favour as a frequent flyer say their experience was BAD. The airline is rated as BAD. It has one star to its name, rather like Flysharp
Pure OTAs are a puzzle, many earning low scores from consumers. Expedia and Travelocity both get single stars on Trustpilot, as does Flysharp (and BA..).
I hold no brief for Flysharp but note it is ABTA bonded and ATOL licensed: and it's part of Southall Travel. And Southall is fine: an old fashioned bulk fare consolidator - now doing mainstream and corporate travel as well. It's been going for at least thirty years, with deep roots in the markets we are addressing.
As far as risks go the ticket is totally non-changeable. So make sure you get your name and the dates right. Double check! Pay with a credit card. Sensible travel policies cover you for many of the eventualities that might scupper your plans.
