Dear all,
we also need (wish) a bassinet for a TK flight. The phone support told us that one needs to buy a seat with extra leg room, which then MIGHT be in the bulkhead with a free bassinet. However, they cannot promise a bassinet, and would not reimburse in case no bassinet is available... is this how it works at TK (not a regular, usually flying SK where the bassinet is free on a first come first serve policy).
