UA has a "Post Your Positive Experiences Here," thread and along with general questions, seat, plane, partner questions, but many, many threads with complaints. And that first thread does not get all that many posts

I fly AS because staff is nicer, planes are cleaner, and in small part that AS still has a traditional FF program (who knows how much longer?).
