I assume that the OP is not *Gold as the list only includes AA EXP and entry to the United Club was denied.
Ah, that makes sense. I live in DFW, which is a OneWorld fortress hub, so I am used to those rules and this was different. Good to know, but it is rare I fly anything other than OW. (I have status on LH, and AA but not UA)
