Hampton marked my stay as cancelled. No receipt, no points.

Here is the story.

I stayed at the Hampton Gdansk Old Town. At check-in I paid for the two rooms with one charge, and I have the credit card charge slip with the total to prove it. At checkout I asked for a receipt but they could not provide one due to a system problem, said I would receive by email. No problem.

Email never came, and checking my HH account online I see the two reservations marked "LateCncl". No points. No receipt.

I need a receipt to get reimbursed. I also deserve the points. I have called the hotel for a receipt. They said I would need to email the request. I have emailed. Three times now, no response. It has been two weeks, and providing a receipt should be a trivial matter, no excuse for the lack of response.

Any suggestions on how to proceed?
