June 20-I applied
June 20-husband applied
Note*at least 5 times a day, since applying, I continued to check for both of us, for conditional approval
June 25-husband conditionally approved
Within 2 days, found an interview time for July 10
July 10-husband had interview-Global Entry approved via email later that day
I was still waiting
July 23rd-I "finally" got conditionally approved
Now...continued multiple times a day to check for interview time (initially was showing mid August and beyond)
July 24th-afternoon-found interview appointment for next day
July 25th-I had interview-all good, but...fingerprints would not take (tried different methods-no luck)-Agent said I would now have to wait to hear from a supervisor, to give me "fingerprint waived" approval-UGH!-
Anxious everyday if I would ever fully get approved!
July 31-evening-received email saying "Application Status change"-"Log In to Trusted Traveler account-
Yea!-Success, finally-APPROVED-Global Entry!-in time for our upcoming trip!
