I'm also trying to find 3x F-class on KE and having issues from both SIN-ICN and ICN-JFK. Everything I'm finding is 2 seats, which tells me that is the max they open up. Looking on expertflyer I'm not seeing any increased availability either, so curious to see what other people have observed/experienced.
