What are you normally given to drink (alcohol) without those vouchers?
Pretty poor spirits (no-name well type vodka, whisky, etc) and miller lite or bud lite. There's also usually a house red and house white; I usually find the red to be OK. Basically if I'm flying domestic and in there on my membership I'll get a vodka soda or whisky diet coke since it masks the flavor somewhat.
All soft drinks are obviously free. Vouchers let you upgrade to makers, hendricks, ketel one type level; as well as craft beers and the nicer wines on the menu. Or get a split of prosecco, or a pelligrino or dasani water bottle to take with you.
