Maybe different types of teas may not mean much to a non-tea drinker.. but when I flew AA in F from JFK to CDG a couple of years ago, I was flabbergasted when I asked for Earl Grey tea and was told I can have Lipton and that was that. Hot Chocolate? Nah. Okay.. I would like some cookies with my Lipton...Sorry. I actually had to look around and see that I was in First Class because I could not believe what I was hearing. Of course I was told that I could BRING my own tea, hot chocolate and cookies the next time I flew AA. I told the FA that the next time I fly across the Atlantic in paid F, I'll be flying with someone else who can give me what I want. And I haven't flown AA in F on international ever since..and I don't miss it.

It's the level of service and professionalism that I look for and expect on an airline. After all, I'm paying for it.. so I'd expect some sort of recognition.
