My wife and I booked a trip to the Adults only in Zilara in Cancun for 2 nights on Sept 14 using my Chase certs. We wanted to do Rose Hall, but it seems perpetually booked.

We want to extend the trip another night or two using Chase points converted to Hyatt pts (25K per night) but which hotel would be better of the Zilara vs Ziva? It seems the Ziva has some additional restaurant options such as the French La Bastille and the Tequila bar? How good are those restaurants and are they worth putting up with other people's kids vs staying at the Adult's only the whole time? (Also Zilara isn't even available the 17th so we could only stay there 3 nights max).

And how are the beaches and waves at each one?
