Overall, have found this to be getting worse of late for domestic UAX operations, even with no irrops.
Very spotty getting offered a beverage at all. In fact, even boarding early while waiting for ATC release, still no PBD offered.
One flight was told only non-alcoholic beverages available for PBD...
