I had a funny one a few weeks ago - arriving from a short overnight from the East Coast. Passengers as normal queuing at Door 2L awaiting for the jetbridge to meet the side of the aircraft, but much back and forward over 20 minutes, it was not successful. The crew and passengers getting increasingly frustrated, and rightly so. Eventually steps were attached to get us off, but the explanation was the ground agent moving the bridge couldn't get the right angle. I mean, if this is your job day in, day out why couldn't the person get lined up properly?
