Hi all, first post!

I was wondering how often the jetbridges at Heathrow T5 break/malfunction. I ask this because yesterday I was on BA296 and we arrived into a gate in T5C. I was in the front cabin of Club World on the A380 upper deck and after we parked at the gate we sat for a while with everyone lined at the door. Maybe 15 minutes after, they announce the upper deck jetbridge is broken and we have to disembark from the lower deck. We went down the stairs at the front and disembarked from there. It wasn’t a big deal but I was just curious if this happens a lot or not.
