I'm not sure your exact status and/or itinerary, but to clarify, you will not have access to the Flagship Lounge unless you are a ConciergeKey or connecting to/from a qualifying international flight in first/business. A first class domestic ticket will not give you access to the Flagship Lounge or Admirals Club.
