Being offered $189 to upgrade PTY-EWR (not at booking flight booked via TA, and not yet check-in) for my wife. No status

Kind of worth it if I would have anyways put her in E+ which is $113

Will she get "regular" C treatment (2 bags, Premier Access, lounge?) Does this route offer SPML in C?
