I guess they have had success with the RC in Beaver Creek, this will be their second ski resort (aside from the residences in Aspen)

We stayed there this past winter and it was fabulous. I am sure it is good income for them as well....the club rooms were $800/night in January! I'm sure Telluride will be at least as expensive.
